Buyers have 30 days to contact DCI and make returns. Before returning contact DCI directly by telephone at 866-332-7383 or by e-mail. A 25% restock fee applies to any returns. The customer will be responsible for returning the stencil to DCI. This includes return shipping price. As soon as the product is recieved the customer's credit card will be refunded once the 25% restook fee is deducted from the original purchasing price.
